How we work.
We do one job: coordinating real estate transactions from signed contract to closing. These are the four things we hold ourselves to on every closing. If we fall short on any of them, we want to hear about it.

Four things, on every closing.
Quality of service
Quick replies and a clear written update at every milestone. You always know where the deal stands without having to ask.
Fair, honest pricing
First transaction free. Then $300 per transaction, listing or buyer side. The price you’re quoted is the price at closing: no retainers, minimums, rush fees or add-ons.
Attention to detail
Every date, signature and document is checked against the executed contract and its addenda. Missing initials and mismatched dates get caught early, not at the closing table.
Delivering when it matters
The last few days before closing are where deals go wrong. When a lender condition lands late or a document comes back unsigned, we stay on it until it’s cleared.
Technology-forward, people-first.
A coordinator’s job is mostly remembering: which date, which document, who hasn’t replied. We don’t leave that to memory. Every file we run sits in DeedSpring, so the calendar, the paperwork and the follow-up are tracked in one place and nothing depends on one person’s inbox.
Deadlines built from the contract
Every date in the contract and its addenda goes onto one calendar on day one, with reminders ahead of each deadline, not after.
Status you can see
Written updates at every milestone, and a clear record of what’s done, what’s next and who we’re waiting on.
A complete file, every time
Signatures, disclosures and correspondence are kept together, so the file is ready for compliance review the day it closes.
