After that, we get paid when you get paid: settled at closing, or invoiced after closing if you prefer. Nothing before, and nothing if the deal doesn’t close.

- We open the file and send the contract to title or escrow
- We build a deadline calendar from the contract and every addendum
- We track earnest money, inspection, appraisal and loan contingencies
- We coordinate with the lender, title, inspectors and the other agent
- We collect signatures, disclosures and HOA documents
- We keep the file ready for your brokerage's compliance review
- We send a written update at every milestone
- We schedule the walkthrough, confirm closing details, then review and archive the file
