Client Portal

The whole product in sixty seconds: the playbook every closing starts from, the contract that fills in the file, the coordinator working the list, and the branded portal your clients see.

One closing followed step by step: open the file, upload the executed contract, and watch the milestones and deadlines lay themselves out — then see the coordinator read escrow’s email, tick the milestone, and chase what’s missing.

A full tour of DeedSpring: the Today dashboard that shows what needs doing, and the AI transaction coordinator that works every file alongside you. See a closing set up from the executed contract, the mail on each file read and answered, and every deadline tracked to the day.

Setting up DeedSpring from the first screen: say who you are, start with a closing you’re working on and watch the file build itself from the contract, then open your workspace and work through the setup tasks. Then connect the coordinator to your inbox, and put DeedSpring on your phone.

A tour of forms and e-signatures in DeedSpring: the paperwork every closing opens with, the library of standard forms for every state, and the coordinator preparing an addendum for signature. Then watch a client sign from a secure link — no login needed — and the coordinator chase the last signature until the packet seals.

A tour of closing playbooks: a playbook for every state, each step with its tasks, owner and runbook, and editing one with AI. Then see how every closing takes its own copy of the playbook, and how a file can run more than one at once.

A tour of email in DeedSpring: one shared inbox for the whole team, with every thread filed against its closing, and connecting your own Gmail or Outlook. Then see what happens when an email arrives on a file, reply to a client from the coordinator’s draft, and stay in control with approvals.

A tour of the brokerage dashboard: production across every team, month by month, with what’s closed and what’s under contract, and the filters to look at one team, one side or one coordinator. Then the top producers, the closings that need a look — at risk, or with a milestone overdue — and each coordinator’s workload.
