ListedKit pricing: $14.99 a credit, and what a closing really costs

ListedKit charges $14.99 a credit, down to $11 in a 50-pack. A buyer-side closing is one credit and a listing taken to close is two. Here is what a month costs, what is extra, and when a per-closing plan is cheaper.

What does ListedKit cost?

ListedKit sells one product and prices it by credit. There is no subscription, credits never expire, and the whole team shares one pool with no seat fees. The first intake is free with no card. The pricing page publishes a per-credit price for five pack sizes. Here is what that comes to per closing, beside DeedSpring, which charges per closing opened.

What does a credit actually buy?

One stage. ListedKit's pricing FAQ says a credit covers one transaction stage: creating a listing, or creating a sale once it goes under contract. Its terms call the same thing per-intake. A buyer-side deal is one credit from contract to keys. A listing is one credit when you set it up and a second when it goes under contract, which is $29.98 at the single rate and $22 in a 50-pack.

A listing agent who also writes the purchase contract pays two credits for one address. A buyer's agent never pays the second. ListedKit does not say whether that second credit lands when you change the listing's status, when you upload the executed contract, or when Ava finishes reading it. Budget it from the day the listing goes under contract.

The free first intake is a one-person trial: the help page opens team invites after you buy your first credit. Sign up through a partner's referral link and your first bundle is 10% off, once, which makes a first 10-pack $117.

What does a month of ListedKit cost?

Buyer-side months read straight off the pack table. Two closings a month cost $14.99 each as singles, or $14 each on a 5-pack with three credits carried into next month. Five fit a 5-pack at $14 a closing. Ten fit a 10-pack at $13.

Listings move the number. Five closings, three buyer-side and two listings, take seven credits: about $20 a closing on a 5-pack plus singles, or $18.20 on a 10-pack. Ten mixed closings a month for a year take 180 credits. In exact packs a closing costs $16.83. Four 50-packs bring it to $16.50 on the credits used, with twenty left over. A listing-heavy office feels it most. Take twenty listings and sell fifteen and you have spent 35 credits on fifteen closings, $28 each at the 25-pack rate instead of $24.

If listings are most of your book, that second credit is the whole bill. DeedSpring charges one closing whichever side you represent, $25 a closing and $19 from twenty a month, with unused closings rolling over and e-signing included.

What happens to a credit when a deal dies?

ListedKit won't say what happens to a credit when a deal dies. Assume it's gone. The terms make fees non-refundable except as required by law or under a refund policy, and no page by that name exists. The help page lists a 30-day money-back guarantee with no conditions attached. So a listing that expires unsold costs you $11 to $14.99, depending on your pack, and a buyer deal that terminates after intake costs the same.

Before you buy a pack, get three things in writing from ListedKit: whether a credit comes back when a deal falls through, when the second listing credit is charged, and whether one Ava Sign licence covers a coordinator who sends for several agents.

What is not in the credit?

E-signing. Ava Sign is $29.99 per user per month after a free 30 days. One licence covers unlimited signature requests, recipients sign free, and only the person sending needs a licence. Two senders is $59.98 a month, $719.76 a year, on top of credits.

Tax, which the terms put on you. Every figure here is pre-tax. And your time. There is no setup fee, but a transaction coordinator reviewing ListedKit on Capterra in September 2026 described a learning curve getting everything set up, and ListedKit treats your first three transactions as Ava's learning period.

Getting data out. ListedKit sends a transaction summary PDF to all parties. One Capterra reviewer wanted more:

“It would be great to export a full transaction history report including all tasks, timelines, summary, and document lists in one cohesive pdf format.”

Is ListedKit cheaper than a flat monthly plan?

Up to about seven buyer-side closings a month, yes. Open To Close Grow is $99 a month for one user and unlimited transactions, with each extra user $69. A single user on buyer deals passes $99 of ListedKit credits at seven closings a month, or at about four listings taken to close. Each extra Open To Close seat moves that line by about five credits.

That is price only. Grow is a flat-fee task, template and portal system with published limits of 3 task triggers, 4 intake forms and 250 texts per user a month. A ListedKit credit includes Ava reading the contract, generating the tasks and drafting the emails. Under seven files a month, buy ListedKit credits. Above that, a flat plan wins on price, and you should price DeedSpring and Open To Close against your real mix of listings and buyers.

Should you buy ListedKit or DeedSpring?

Buy ListedKit if you are a buyer's agent or a new coordinator running a handful of files a month and you already have e-signing somewhere else. A 10-pack is $130, it lasts as long as you need it to, and $13 a file is the lowest number on this page.

Buy DeedSpring if you take listings, want signing in the price, or want the chasing done for you. One closing is one unit whichever side you are on. Upload the executed contract and it reads the price, deposits, contingencies and dates into deadlines on the file. It checks every open closing every hour, flags what is slipping, and drafts the chases and client updates for you to send. Your buyers and sellers get a portal, and e-signing is built in.

Opening a closing in DeedSpring, buy side or sell side: this is the one thing you pay for.

Starter is $15 a month for one closing a month. Standard is $25 a closing, $22 from five a month, $20 from ten and $19 from twenty, with unlimited agents and teammates and unused closings rolling over. Both are month to month.
