Trackxi pricing: $39 to $199 a month, and why your head count sets the bill
Trackxi costs $39, $69, $99 or $199 a month. One person fits Essential at $39, a second person forces Pro at $69, and a sixth forces Enterprise at $199. Here is what each plan includes, what has changed since 2023, and when paying per closing is the better deal.
What does Trackxi cost?
Four paid plans and a free one. Every paid plan is a flat monthly subscription with a cap on people and a cap on files open at once. Closed files drop out of the count, so a busy month only costs more if it pushes your open files past the cap. The pricing page publishes all of it.
Trackxi plans, and what each one lets you do

Paying annually saves you $69 on Essential, $129 on Pro, $189 on Pro Plus and $389 on Enterprise. The FAQ calls that “two months off”, and it is a little under two. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of the cycle, downgrades wait for the next one, and going over a cap gets you a prompt to upgrade or a call to support. No overage fee is published, so assume the next tier is the overage fee.
Which plan do you actually need?
Start with people, then features, then files. One person on your own with no need for automation pays $39. The moment you add a second person you are on Pro at $69, whatever your volume. Three people pay $69. Six people pay $199, which is $130 a month more than five people pay, and more than ten people has no published price at all. The Close listed that ten-person ceiling as a con in 2024 and it has not moved.
Features move you next. Automation, the AI tools, Follow Up Boss, Google Drive and phone support are all missing from Essential and all present from Pro, so a solo coordinator who wants AI intake pays $69 even with three files open. Files come last. Only Essential has a cap you will feel, and ten open files is a quiet month for a working coordinator. Pro's 100 covers most solo desks.
If it is people rather than files pushing you up a tier, price the work per closing instead. DeedSpring charges $25 a closing on Standard, $19 from twenty a month, with unlimited agents and teammates. A sixth person on the roster, or a sixteenth, adds nothing to the bill.

Where do AI and automation start?
At Pro, $69 a month. The pricing table has three AI rows, transaction automation, an assistant and an email assistant, each crossed out on Essential and ticked from Pro. Two 2026 reviews, MakerStack in June and DocJacket in April, say AI only unlocks at Pro Plus. The table itself has said Pro since January 2026, and the FAQ describes Pro Plus as “Same as Pro but with SkySlope Integration”. That connection is the only thing the extra $30 buys.
There is no AI usage allowance anywhere on the site. The AI page describes uploading a PDF sale agreement and editing the pre-filled fields before the transaction is created, with no document count, credit or quota attached. Budget AI as a plan gate, not a meter.
What has changed since 2023?
The prices, almost nothing. The $39, $69 and $199 price points are the same as they were in the December 2023 version of the pricing page. What the $39 buys has shrunk twice. Between August and November 2024 the entry plan went from two people and 25 open files to one person and ten, and SkySlope, the other third-party integrations and phone support moved up to the $69 tier.
The second cut came with the rename in late 2025. Agent, Teams and Super Teams became Essential, Pro, Pro Plus and Enterprise, the $99 tier appeared, and SkySlope moved with it, so a SkySlope user now pays $30 a month more for the same caps. In the same window the FAQ's “no setup fees” became two free onboarding hours plus a paid add-on. Since May 2026 the table has gained Google Drive and the AI email assistant, both from Pro, with no change to prices or caps. The Close's review still lists 25 files, two users and a 30-day trial. The trial is now 14 days.
What is not in the price?
E-signing. Trackxi has none built in, which The Close's 2025 round-up counts against it, and no Trackxi page lists one. SkySlope and Follow Up Boss themselves, if their integrations are what put you on Pro Plus or Pro. And the Onboarding Setup Add-On Package, the optional service that does the whole setup for you. It has no price on the site, which sits oddly beside the FAQ's “no hidden fees or additional costs”, so ask for the number before you need it.
Can you cancel, and do you get a refund?
You can cancel any time in account settings. Billing stops at the end of the current cycle, you keep access until then, and you can download your data until the cycle ends, after which it is deleted. The trial is 14 days and you choose the plan first, so trial Pro if Pro is what you would buy.
Refunds are another matter. Nothing on the site says whether any part of an annual fee comes back, or whether an annual plan renews on its own. The terms page covers use of the website and nothing about subscriptions. Assume a year paid is a year spent. Before you pay annually, get three things in writing: whether the plan auto-renews, what happens to unused months, and what the onboarding add-on costs.
Where does DeedSpring fit beside Trackxi?
Trackxi gives you a tracker, a checklist and, from $69, AI intake. DeedSpring gives you the coordinator. Upload the executed contract and it reads the price, deposits, contingencies and dates into deadlines on the file. It checks every open closing every hour, flags what is slipping, and drafts the chases and client updates for you to send, with anything sensitive or negotiable always waiting for a person. E-signing is built in, so there is no separate signing tool to budget, and your buyers and sellers get a portal.

Starter is $15 a month for one closing a month. Standard is $25 a closing, $22 from five a month, $20 from ten and $19 from twenty, with unlimited agents and teammates and unused closings rolling over. Both are month to month, and nobody on your team is a seat.
