The forms you need are already uploaded. From Settings → Documents, send one to a buyer, seller, agent, or title company to sign.

Open the gear, then Documents, then Library. Installed means it is already in your templates.
After they sign, the copy comes back through your connected email and is added to the right closing, under Documents. The coordinator checks signatures, dates, and the details. If something is missing, it nudges you to send the document to the right party.
