Apps, portals, and agents
The lower part of Settings lists the workspace app, every client portal, and every agent. Open an item to configure it.
Apps
The workspace app entry is where you change appearance for the internal workspace — name, logo, and related chrome. Open Settings and select the app under Apps.
Portals
Each client portal is listed here so you can open the live preview without leaving Settings. Branding, layout, and what clients see are covered in The client portal and Customizing your portal.
Agents
Every agent your team can talk to in Threads is listed under Agents — in a DeedSpring workspace that is the Setup Assistant, which runs the setup tasks, and the Transaction Coordinator, which works your closings. Open one to change its instructions, tools, and channels. Day-to-day controls for the coordinator — on/off, and what it may send by itself — are in the app under Config → AI coordinator, not here.
