Integrations
Connect the tools your workspace already uses so agents can work across those apps — send a Slack message, look up a calendar, pull a doc. Records that should land in your tables belong on the Data Syncs tab.
Open Settings, then Integrations. You will see two tabs: Agent Integrations and Data Syncs.
Which tab
- Agent Integrations — the assistant or an agent should take action in another product (Slack, Google Drive, calendars, ads, CRM tools).
- Data Syncs — a source should fill Contacts, Deals, and the rest of your tables. That tab opens the same data connections flow as Settings → Data.
Connect a tool for agents
1
Find the tool
Search (the box shows how many integrations are in the catalog), browse Popular integrations, or turn on Show connected only to manage what is already linked. Slack, Google Drive, Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Zoom, and GitHub are typical starting points.
2
Open the tile, then connect
Click a card. You get a connect or manage screen first — nothing fires off on the click. Sign in to the other product when asked. Slack is a first-class connection: once it is linked, agents can message you and reply in channels.
3
Manage what is already linked
Open the same tile later to reconnect, change options, or disconnect. Connections can be for the whole team or private to you. Disconnecting stops agent actions in that tool; it does not delete records already in DeedSpring.
Data Syncs
Switch to Data Syncs when the job is to pull (or write back) records — Airtable, Google Sheets, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, and similar sources. Click Add Data Connection, pick a connector, then Connect. Data walks through that dialog, mapping, and sync direction.
Two connections the AI coordinator uses
- Google Calendar — connect it here, on Agent Integrations, and the AI Transaction Coordinator can put dated milestones from your closings on your calendar and move them when a date moves. Until it is connected the coordinator will say it cannot see a calendar yet.
- Gmail — your mailbox is not connected here. It lives in the app under Config → Email & SMS (or the banner on the AI Coordinator page), so the mail lands on the right closing. See Inbox, email & SMS.
What this screen does not do
- It does not import a spreadsheet by itself. Share a file in a thread, or use Data Syncs / Data for a live connection.
- Connecting HubSpot (or another CRM) on Agent Integrations lets agents act in HubSpot. Syncing HubSpot contacts into your tables is a Data Syncs connection.
